Refund Policy
Returns (Strict Requirements)
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted ONLY for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, or altered will not be eligible for return.
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Requirements (Important)
All returned items must be:

Thoroughly packaged to prevent damage in transit

Shipped using a trackable service with insurance
If your return arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing contents, it will be considered unsellable and no refund will be issued. In these cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

For orders over 50 lbs, refunds will be issued for the product cost minus the original shipping cost

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact customercare@bcprecision.com and send your item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
