Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If your order is eligible for a refund, any return shipping charges we incur will be deducted from the refund amount.

For any return valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
